Hi, I’m Bradley.

I believe authenticity matters, kindness matters, and people should feel empowered to be who they are.

My Journey

My journey started with a curiosity about people—what motivates us, how we connect, and what allows us to thrive.

After earning my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I continued that curiosity at the University of New Haven, earning a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development & Consulting.

It was there that one idea became especially important to me: kindness isn't separate from effective leadership. It can be part of what makes leadership effective.

MY RESEARCH

Kindness Is More Than a Buzzword.

For my graduate research, I studied the role of perceived supervisor kindness, servant leadership, and tenure on employee attitudes and workplace outcomess.

The findings showed that supervisor kindness uniquely predicted job satisfaction and turnover intentions beyond other related supervisor behaviors.
